Bio
Dr. M. Leif Stromberg received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX, and received a D.D.S. degree from The University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston.
Dr. Stromberg has been practicing dentistry in north Dallas for most of his career, and he currently practices at Preston Hollow Specialists in the Park Cities. Dr. Stromberg was awarded the prestigious dentistry award — The Academy of General Dentistry’s Mastership Award — for participating in hundreds of hours of continuing dental education courses. He has also served as an assistant clinical professor at Texas A&M University College of Dentistry in Dallas from 2000 – 2005. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Texas Dental Association, the Dallas County Dental Society, and the Highland Park Premier Dental Study Network- Seattle Study Club. He has been selected by his peers for inclusion in Texas Monthly Magazine as a Texas Super Dentist 13 times (2005 – 2017) and is in the Texas Super Dentist Hall of Fame.
In 2022, he was nominated by the Dallas Academy of General Dentistry for the prestigious Texas Dentist of the Year Award.
Dr. Stromberg has enjoyed lecturing at many dental education events throughout his time in the profession. He has also written an advanced textbook on how to create beautiful natural smiles for edentulous patients with predictably successful denture techniques. Aspects of his profession that are extremely important to him are remaining current with the latest high quality dental techniques and products and helping other dental professionals use the best techniques for their patients. Most importantly for him, however, are his caring relationships with his patients and the artistic skillful dental services he provides.
Regarding the denture services he offers, he feels tremendous joy helping people who have had bad denture experiences or who have ill-fitting dentures that need replacing, helping his patients to be confident and pleased with their beautiful natural looking restorations. The relief and excitement they reveal when the new dentures truly exceed their expectations is priceless!
When Dr. Stromberg isn’t practicing dentistry, writing, or teaching, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Linda, exercising, and hiking in national and state parks.

Directions to Preston Hollow Specialists
We are located in the Berkshire Court Building on the SW corner of the Preston Rd. and Northwest Highway intersection. The main outside building entrance faces west on Kate St. and is just south of Starbucks. Easily accessed, free public parking is available in the two-story parking garage just west of the building (across the street), as well as free two-hour parking on the surrounding streets. There is also free covered parking within the building with parking entrances on Northwest Highway and Berkshire. An entrance to the building and an elevator can be found on each level of the parking garage.
